Requesting a Quote
How do I request a quote?
A "Request a Quote" button is shown next to every subscription plan on its pricing page, and next to every report edition on the report page. To request a quote:
- Open the pricing page of the subscription product, or the report page
- Click "Request a Quote" next to the subscription plan or report edition you want
- Fill in the requested details — billing information, P.O. number if needed, and any additional information for the document
- Submit
The quote is generated and available for download immediately, and you can also choose to receive a copy by email. A single request can include multiple items — additional subscription plans or report editions can be added along the way before submitting.
Does requesting a quote require a payment commitment?
No. The "Request a Quote" process is separate from the purchase checkout — no payment information is collected, and no order is placed. The quote is generated and delivered (download and/or email) at no cost and with no commitment.
Can I include a P.O. number or custom info on the quote?
Yes. The "Request a Quote" process includes two dedicated fields for procurement and finance details:
- P.O. Number: Enter your Purchase Order number in the "Customer / Purchase Order (P.O.) Number" field. It will appear on the generated quote.
- Custom information: Enter any additional procurement or finance details in the "Additional Information for your Invoice/Quote" field. This content also appears on the generated document.
These same fields are also available during the purchase checkout, in which case the entered values appear on the invoice as well.
Can Intratec handle the purchase on my behalf?
In most cases there's no need. Getting a quote is a self-service action via the "Request a Quote" button — no sales contact, no fee, ready in minutes — and the website checkout is just as direct when it's time to buy.
For buyers who would rather have our team handle the purchase on their behalf, Assisted Sales is available. A Representative Assistance Fee starting from USD 299 applies, and the option is available for:
- Subscriptions: Pro and Advanced plans
- Reports: Detailed and Premium editions
